Verras Holiday Rentals is the right partner to completely relieve you of any worries you might have when you are not in your second home. We can provide your home with extra income by renting it out and, if desired, we can also take care of the management of your valuable property.

Rental

We arrange the rental of your property from A to Z. This means that we do the following for you, among other things:

  • Provide professional photo reportage.
  • Presenting your property on our website and also, in consultation with you, with various well-known organizations such micazu.
  • Registration of bookings for your property through our booking software, giving us instant insight into all deposits, security deposits, and pre-arrival payments from tenants.
  • Checking in and checking out tenants.
  • Registration of tenants in the night register of the Policia Nacional.
  • Final cleanup at the end of the rental period.

In short, we do not overstate our case when we promise to take care of your needs completely.

Management

In case you are not present yourself, it is nice that someone is taking care of your property. Verras Holiday Rentals can take care of this management for you, either in combination with our rental activities or not. This means that we can do the following for you:

  • Arrange the key exchange upon arrival and departure of yourself or guests.
  • Switching on and off the air conditioning and boiler before arrival and after departure by you or the guests.
  • Check for proper operation of digital television and WIFI
  • Act as your emergency contact
  • Inspection of the property; once a month in case of vacancy or several times by agreement.
  • Emptying the mailbox monthly.
  • Providing emergency payments.
  • Doing groceries before arrival.
  • (Final) Cleanup.
